摘要
汽车配件"四爪卡子"为两部分独立的可分离零件的组合件,两部分零件间可互相滑动。针对用户提出的该塑件两部分零件在模具内一次成型并自动装配的要求,分析了该塑件的特点,在其模具设计中采用了潜伏式浇口,并重点设计了楔机加推针的自动装配机构以及相应的自动分离结构,使塑件的两部分零件在一次成型后能同时进行自动分离和自动装配的动作,从而满足了生产需要。
Auto plastic part "four claw clip" is a assembly part with two separate detachable parts, the two parts can slide between them. Aiming at the user's requirements that the two parts were molded by one step and assembled automatically in the mould after moulding, the characteristics of the auto plastic part was analyzed, and the submarine gate was adopted in the mould design of the plastic part. Meanwhile, the automatic assembling mechanism with wedge and push pin and automatic separation structure were designed emphatically for making the two parts can accomplish the actions of automatic separation and automatic assembling at the same time after one-step moulding, which meets the demands of production.
