摘要
目的：研究益气活血化瘀方药对气虚血瘀型冠心病的疗效以及对患者生活质量的影响。方法选取气虚血瘀型冠心病患者90例，按照随机数字表法将患者分为研究组和对照组，每组45例。对照组给予常规西医治疗，研究组在对照组的基础上服用益气活血化瘀方药，治疗时间为3个月。应用健康状况调查问卷（SF-36）和西雅图心绞痛量表（SAQ）评价患者的生活质量，比例两组临床疗效、SF-36评分以及SAQ评分。结果研究组总有效率（84．4％）显著高于对照组（71．1％），差异有统计学意义（χ^2＝10．982，P＝0.029）；研究组治疗后SF-36评分、SAQ评分分别为（73．2±1．1）分、（69．3±0．4）分，显著高于治疗前（ t＝10.192、11．028，P＝0．032、0．023），与对照组差异有统计学意义（ t ＝11．092、11．053，P ＝0．022、0.019）。结论益气活血化瘀方药对气虚血瘀型冠心病具有较好的临床疗效，且能显著提高患者生活质量。
Objective To study the effect of Yiqi Huoxue Huayu Decoction in the treatment of coronary heart disease and its effects on the quality of life.Methods According to the number table methods,90 cases with blood stasis coronary heart disease were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,45 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment of Western medicine,while the study group was given Yiqi Huoxue Huayu Decoction on basis of the control group for 3 months,used the questionnaire of health status （ SF-36） and Seattle Angina Questionnaire （SAQ） to evaluate the quality of life.Clinical curative effect,SF-36 score and SAQ score of two groups were compared.Results The total efficiency of the study group was 84.4%,which was significantly higher than 71.1%of the control group （χ^2 =10.982,P=0.029）;The distribution of SF-36 score,SAQ score of the study group after treatment were （73.2 ±1.1）points,（69.3 ±0.4）points,which were significantly higher than those of before treatment （t=10.192,11.028,P=0.032,0.023）;It was statistically significant difference when compared with the control group（t=11.092,11.053,P=0.022,0.019）.Conclusion Yiqi Huoxue Huayu decoction has a good clinical curative effect on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,which can significantly improve the quality of life of patients.
