摘要 基于元件失效模型,提出了一种结合配电网供电可靠性评估的配电网改造方法,通过求解一个混合整数规划问题合理分配升级改造,设备置换资金,最优化资金投入对供电可靠性的提高效果。相关数值测试结果验证了该方法的有效性,它可以为制定合理的配电网改造方案提供参考,在资金有限的情况下合理分配元器件升级资金,对供电可靠性的提高至关重要。 On the basis of component failure model,a kind of power distribution network reform method combining with es-timation on power distribution network power supply reliability was proposed. By means of solving a problem of mixed inte-ger programming,improvement effects on power supply reliability by upgrading and reconstruction,equipment replacement fund and optimal funding were reasonably distributed. Relevant numerical testing result verified effectiveness of this method which was able to provide reference for making reasonable power distribution network reform scheme. In addition,it was able to reasonably distribute upgrading fund for components under the condition of limited fund which was of great impor-tance in improving power supply reliability.
