摘要
目的:提升医院门诊药房实习生带教质量。方法:以笔者实际的医院门诊药房带教工作经验为基础,分析目前医院门诊药房带教过程中遇到的问题,汇总带教经验。结果与结论:我院门诊药房带教工作存在带教计划不规范、制度不完善,带教老师素质水平不高、责任心不强、缺乏带教经验等问题。严格挑选实习生的带教老师,重视岗前培训,制定科学的带教流程和采用多种带教方法,可以有效提升医院门诊药房实习生带教质量。
OBJECTIVE：To improve the intern teaching quality of outpatient pharmacy. METHODS：Based on the experience of author about outpatient pharmacy teaching,some teaching experiences were summarized. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS：There are some problems of the teaching work in hospital outpatient pharmacy,such as teaching plan is not standard;system is not perfect;the teaching quality of teachers is poor;the sense of responsibility is not strong;teaching experience is absent. It can improve intern teaching quality of hospital pharmacy to screen teachers strictly,pay attention to pre-service training,formulate scientific teaching procedure and adopt multiple teaching methods.
