摘要 探讨了在二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵-丙烯酰胺共聚物(PDA)合成过程中单体起始含量、引发剂加量、聚合温度和EDTA加量对产品黏度、絮凝性能的影响。确定了PDA合成的最佳工艺条件,单体起始含量为35%,聚合温度为35℃,引发剂为0.5%,EDTA加量为0.005%.由此可知,PDA产物的特性黏度为4.05dL/g,具有较好的絮凝性能。 This paper discusses the in dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride/acrylamide copolymer(PDA)in the process of synthesis of initial monomer content, initiator, polymerization temperature, and amount of EDTA with quantity on the properties of the product viscosity, flocculation effect. The PDA synthetic optimum technological conditions were determined, initial monomer content was 35%, the polymerization temperature of 35 ℃, the initiator was 0.5%, and 0.005% EDTA added amount. Therefore, the viscosity of PDA product 4.05 dL / g, has good flocculation performance.
