摘要
采用溶胶凝胶法,在泡沫镍载体上制备了掺杂硫脲的TiO2光催化剂。使用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜、同步热分析仪(TG-DTG)和紫外-可见分光光度计(UV-Vis)等测试手段,对TiO2光催化剂的结构、光催化性能进行了分析,并通过降解甲基橙的光催化实验,探讨了掺杂、热处理以及载体对TiO2光催化剂结构与光催化活性的影响。研究结果表明,适量掺杂硫脲、适当的热处理可以提高TiO2光催化剂的光催化活性;泡沫镍负载型TiO2光催化剂的光催化活性高于TiO2粉体光催化剂。
The TiO2 doped with thiourea were prepared on nickel foam substrates by sol-gel method .The structures of TiO 2 as well as its photocatalytic decomposition property were analyzed by XRD ,SEM,TG-DTG and UV-Vis.The photocatalytic decomposition property of thiourea-doped TiO2 to methyl orange under visible light was investigated .The result shows that the right amount of doped thiourea and appropriate heat treatment can improve the photocatalytic activities of TiO 2 supported on nickel foam .Com-pared with TiO2 powders,TiO2 coated on nickel foam show much higher photocatalytic activities .
