摘要
在我国快速的城镇化进程中,大城市居住空间结构不断演化,城市居住空间分异日趋明显,其动力机制也更加复杂。本文基于当前我国加快新型城镇化战略的大背景,对城市居住空间分异的影响因素和作用机理进行深入分析,认为新型城镇化战略下各种影响因素相互作用,共同推进城市居住空间结构的演化与居住空间分异的形成,并由此提出今后构建和谐的城市居住空间的若干对策。
With the deepening of China＇s urbanization, China entered a period of housing tran- sition, at the same time great changes have taken place in residential space structure, urban residen- tial space differentiation is emerging and appearing increasing trends. This paper mainly studied on the motivation and mechanism of urban residential space differentiation based on the perspective of new urbanization. At the end of the article, the author proposes some more realistic control strategies to effective control and intervention urban residential space differentiations.
