摘要
根据教学实验需要,创新设计了一种双色染料搅拌机的主体结构,为保证设备的有效使用,将其中的主要支承部件利用Solidworks进行了三维造型设计,并运用SimulationXpress分析向导对其应力状态、安全系数进行仿真优化,最后通过Siemens S7-200 PLC对其整体结构进行控制,能够完全的满足需要。本装置有控制过程简单方便、结构新颖、占用空间小等优点,具有良好的推广与应用价值。
In this paper, based on the teaching experiment, the innovative design of the main structure of a double color dye mixer, for the effective use of ensure the equipment, the main supporting component which is carried out by use of Solidworks three-dimensional modeling design, and the use of SimulationXpress analysis Wizard of it should be safety coefficient of stress state, the simulation optimization, and finally the whole structure controlled by Siemens S7-200 PLC, will be able to fully meet the needs of. The device has a control process is simple and convenient, has the advantages of novel structure, occupying small space, has good popularization and application value.
