摘要
建立了固相萃取柱净化-高效液相色谱二极管阵列检测器,测定食品中19种防腐保鲜剂的方法。样品经甲醇提取,通过C18固相萃取柱净化,以C18反相色谱柱为分离柱,0.02 mo L/L乙酸铵和甲醇为流动相,梯度洗脱程序进行高效液相色谱分离和检测。方法的相对标准偏差为6.34%-15.7%,回收率为57.07%-83.15%,其相关系数r≥0.990 3,具有较高的准确度和精密度。该方法简单、快速,适用于食品中防腐杀菌剂的检测。
A method was developed for the determination 19 preservatives and bactericides in food by using high performance liquid chromatography with photodiode array detector(PDAD) after solid phase extraction. Ground cereal samples were extracted with methanol, and the extract was purified using solid phase extraction with a C18 column. The analysis was performed on a C18 column using a gradient elution with the mobile phases of 0.02 mol/L ammonium acetate buffer and methanol was used for assay by reversed phase HPLC. The relative standard deviations(RSD) was 6.34%-15.7%, and recoveries was 57.07%-83.15%, with all the correlation coefficients r ≥ 0.990 3. The method was precise and accurate. The method was rapid, easy, and can be applied for the determination of preservatives and bactericides in food.
