摘要
本文首先探讨国内外教师身份认同的研究意义和影响因素等,提出高校外语教师身份认同的5个维度和8个相关影响因素。其次,基于定量研究的方法,结合教师身份认同和教师专业发展理论,剖析高校外语教师身份认同的特点和存在的问题,尤其是不同年龄背景下外语教师身份认同方面的差异以及外语教师身份认同和专业发展之间的相关性。最后,从教师层面和管理层面提出相应的对策和建议。
The paper first discusses the purpose of study, the definition and the influential factors of teacher identity studies at home and abroad. It then proposes five contents and eight influential factors of college foreign language teacher's identity. Based on quantitative methods and relevant theories of teacher identity and teacher development, this paper analyzes the characteristics of college foreign language teacher's identity and existing problems, especially distinctions between teachers of different ages. As a step further, it probes into the correlations between teacher identity and attitudes toward professional development. Finally, the present paper puts forward some suggestions to both teachers and institutions.
