摘要
建立区域农村公共产品供给能力评价指标体系,利用投影寻踪评价方法对广西农村公共产品供给能力进行综合评价,对农村公共产品供给能力的变化趋势进行非线性回归,得到其动态演化模型。研究表明:采用Logistic增长模型研究区域农村公共产品演化规律是可行的,能较好反映农村公共产品供给和演化特征,其结果将有助于决策者制定区域农村公共产品供给政策的制定。
In order to establish the evaluation index system of rural public goods supply ability, projection pursuit evaluation method was usedfor the comprehensive evaluation of Guangxi rural public goods supply capacity, an dynamic evolution model of nonlinear regression was estab-lished for the change trend of rural public product supply capacity. The results showed that utilizing the Logistic growth model to study ruralpublic products evolution is feasible, and the supply of public goods in rural areas and evolution characteristics can be better reflected, the re-sult is helpful for policy-making of rural public goods supply.
