摘要
随着高等教育大众化的不断推进,大学生就业面临着巨大压力。从大学生就业能力的定义及构成着手,对当前大学生就业能力存在的不足及原因进行分析,并从提高高校毕业生专业基础理论素养、理论应用于实践能力、求职应聘能力和改善就业观等方面提出对策,切实提升大学生就业能力。
With the constant promotion of the popularization of higher education, college studentsare facing a severe employment pressure. Starting from the definition and component of collegestudents＂ employability, the insufficiency and the reasons of current college students＂ employability areanalyzed, based on which some strategies are proposed, such as to improve the professional basic the-ory literacy, the ability to apply theory to practice, job-hunting ability and the employment aware-ness, so as to enhance the employability of college students effectively.
