摘要
采用分光光度法测定田七[Panax notoginseng(Burk)F.H.Chen]叶中叶绿素和丙二醛的含量,块根中苯丙氨酸解氨酶的活性以及总皂苷和总黄酮的质量分数。结果表明,叶面喷施多效唑对田七苗期生理特性存在显著影响。经多效唑处理后,田七苗中叶绿素含量、苯丙氨酸解氨酶活性和总黄酮质量分数显著升高,丙二醛含量变化不明显,总皂苷质量分数降低。
The contents of chlorophyll,MDA,total flavonoids and total saponin,activity of phenylalanine ammonialyase（PAL） of Panax notoginseng （Burk） F.H.Chen were measured with the spectrophotometric method.The results showed that spraying PP333 on foliar could affect the physiological characteristics of P.notoginseng seedlings.Spraying PP333 on foliar could improve the contents of chlorophyII,total flavonoids and activity of PAL.Spraying PP333 on foliar had no impact on the contents of MDA.The content of total saponin in the P.notoginseng was lower than that in the control.
