基于正交试验方法的注烃气影响因素优化分析 被引量:5

摘要 烃类气驱作为提高原油采收率的重要方法已在世界范围内得到广泛应用,而只有在了解注烃气提高采收率的各种影响因素及其对开发效果影响程度的前提下,才能制定出合理可行的注气方案,从而提高油藏最终采收率和油田经济效益。以泉28断块为例,在油藏数值模拟的基础上,运用正交试验设计方法,设计了5种影响注烃气开发效果因素的方案;对各方案运算结果进行极差和方差分析,优选了适合研究区注烃气参数的最佳组合方案,确定了影响最终采收率的主要和次要因素,并明确了影响因素的主次顺序为注气段塞尺寸、转气驱时机、气水比、压力保持水平、注气速度。该组合方案对研究区注烃气开发具有一定的指导意义。 Hydrocarbon gas flooding as the main method to improve the EOR has been widely used in the world.In order to improve the reservoir ultimate recovery,increase the economic benefit of oilfield,we must understand the various factors affecting gas injection EOR,and their influence on the development result of hydrocarbon gas flooding,so as to formulate a reasonable and feasible schemes.Taking Block Q28 as an example and on the basis of reservoir numerical simulation,this paper uses orthogonal experiment design,the different schemes on five factors which influence the development effect of hydrocarbon gas injection are made.Meantime,it analyzes the results of range and variance for each scheme and the optimum combination scheme of hydrocarbon gas injection parameters is optimized so as to determinate the major and minor factors affecting final recovery.It is defined that primary and secondary order are gas injection slug size,gas injection time,gas-water ratio,pressure level and injection rate.This combination scheme has a certain guiding significance for the development of hydrocarbon gas injection in this study area.
