摘要
顺南地区是中国石化塔里木盆地增储上产的主要区块,钻井地质环境复杂,其中桑塔木组埋藏深、厚度大,且井斜控制困难。在充分调研国内外井斜精细控制技术的基础上,优选UPC-VDS自动垂直钻井系统,在顺南3井和顺南2井开展了探索试验。结果表明,该系统能将井斜角控制在3.0°以内,但井斜控制能力对钻头压降的依赖程度较高。为此对系统结构进行了改进,大幅度降低推靠力对钻头压降的依赖程度,并在顺南4井和顺南5井进行了试验。结果表明,该系统能将井斜角控制在1.0°以内,且使用寿命长(纯钻时间高于213 h)、性能稳定,为中国石化在西北地区的提速提效提供了技术支撑。
Shunnan Area is an important block of reserves growth in Tarim Basin for SINOPEC.The geologic environment of this block is very complex,especially for Sangtamu Formation which has large depth and thickness and difficult deviation control.UPC-VDS automatic vertical drilling system are optimized based on the research the deviation control technology from home and abroad,and the exploratory experiments are done in Well Shunnan 3 and Well Shunnan 2.The result shows that the system can control deviation within 3.0°,but the deviation control ability has a high degree of dependence on the pressure drop of drilling bit.Thus,the system construction is improved which makes the back up force depend on self-pressure drop,and the tests are carried out in Well Shunnan 4 and Well Shunnan 5.The results show that the system can control deviation within 1.0°,and it has long working life(net drilling time more than 213 hours) and stable performance,which offers the technical support for raising drilling speed and efficiency in northwest area of SINOPEC.
