摘要
开发了基于载波调制的采煤机位置红外线检测装置,设计硬件电路和检测程序,分析了工作原理,并进行了工业性试验。试验结果表明:装置设计合理,安装简易方便,检测数据准确,抗干扰能力强,适合用于实时检测综采工作面采煤机相对于液压支架的位置。
We developes infrared ray position detecting device tbr shearer based on earner modulation, designs the iaarctware clrcmt ana detection program, analyzes the operation principle of the detecting device, and makes the industrial tests. The results show that the design of the detecting device is reasonable; the detecting device is easy and convenient installation, accurate detecting data, strong anti - interference ability, which is suitable for real - time detection relative position between shearer and hydraulic support in full mechanized working face.
