123例早期妊娠妇女血液叶酸检测分析 被引量:3

Blood folic acid detection and analysis in 123 early pregnant women

摘要 目的:通过早孕妇女血清及红细胞叶酸水平的检测,分析其分布特征,为围孕期增补叶酸预防出生缺陷措施的制定提供信息支持。方法:选取2010年1月-2012年8月在该院就诊的123名早孕期妇女为研究对象,采集空腹静脉血4 ml,采用电化学发光方法分别测定血清叶酸(SFA)和红细胞叶酸(RBC)的水平。结果:SFA和RBC的平均水平分别为(9.01±3.49)ng/L和(518.65±189.74)ng/L。服用叶酸组血液叶酸水平较未服用组高,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),城市孕妇血液叶酸水平较农村孕妇高,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),孕6-8周妇女血液叶酸水平较孕9-11周者高,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论:该地区早期妊娠妇女叶酸缺乏率不高,但有53.66%的妇女红细胞叶酸水平小于预防神经管畸形最佳水平,增补叶酸可有效提高妇女血液叶酸水平。 Objective: To analyze the distribution characteristics of folic acid by detecting the levels of folic acid in serum and red blood cells of early pregnant women,provide information support for periconceptional folic acid supplementation and making measures to prevent birth defects. Methods: A total of 123 early pregnant women were selected from this hospital from January 2010 to August 2012 as research objects,fasting venous blood samples( 4 ml) were obtained,electrochemiluminescence method was used to detect the levels of folic acid in serum and red blood cells,respectively. Results: The average levels of folic acid in serum and red blood cells were( 9. 01 ± 3. 49)ng / L and( 518. 65 ± 189. 74) ng / L. The level of folic acid in folic acid supplementation group was statistically significantly higher than that in non- folic acid supplementation group( P〈0.05); the level of folic acid in urban pregnant women was statistically significantly higher than that in rural pregnant women( P〈0.05); the level of folic acid in pregnant women of 6- 8 gestational weeks was higher than that in pregnant women of 9- 11 gestational weeks,but there was no statistically significant difference( P〉0.05). Conclusion: The incidence rate of folic acid deficiency in early pregnant women in this region is not high,but folic acid level in red blood cells of 53. 66% of the women is lower than the optimal level for preventing neural tube defects,folic acid supplementation can effectively improve blood folic acid level of early pregnant women.
