基于弥散张量成像研究针灸治疗脑卒中 被引量:3

摘要 目的:利用磁共振弥散张量成像(diffusion tensor imaging,DTI)研究脑卒中患者肢体运动功能障碍相关的皮质脊髓束(corticospinal tract,CST)受损情况与临床预后的关系。方法:运用DTI技术三维重建20例脑卒中患者病变侧CST,分析CST受损情况与针灸治疗前后患者Brunnstrom肢体评分的关系。结果:针灸治疗能促进脑卒中患者肢体功能障碍恢复,CST损伤程度与肢体功能恢复程度相关,脑卒中患者CST受损部分越少,早期针灸治疗患者肢体功能恢复越好。结论:DTI显示的CST受损情况与针灸治疗脑卒中后肢体功能障碍恢复相符,有助于病情的客观评估。
