摘要
目的:探讨CT扫描在胸腰椎骨折中的诊断价值。材料与方法:回顾分析85例胸腰椎骨折的CT扫描资料。结果:单椎体骨折73例,多椎体12例,伴附件骨折29例。单纯屈曲压缩型骨折26例,爆裂型56例,骨折脱位型3例。结论:CT扫描能清晰显示胸腰椎骨折的细节及椎管狭窄,对分型、诊断、判断失稳及椎管狭窄的程度均有重要价值。
Purpose: To explore the value of CT scan in diagnosis of thoracolumbar spinal fracture. Materials and Methods: We retrospecitvely reviewed Ct scans of 85 cases with thoracolumoar spinal fracture. Results: 73 cases were belong to single vertebral body fracture, 12 cases multipe vertebral body fracture, 29 cases with the appendage = fracture, 26 cases were of indivdual compression fracture 56 cases burst fracture, 3 cases fracture - dislocation. Conclusion: CT scan could show the constraint of the spinal canal and the tiny fracture of the thracolum-ber clearly, which would be of importance in the classification diagnosis and judgemeut of the instabilty and narrowing of spinal canal.
