摘要
以改性聚醚大单体(HPEG)、丙烯酸(AA)为原材料,巯基乙酸(TGA)为链转移剂,在双氧水(H2O2)-酒石酸(TA)体系下,采用一步合成方法,在常温条件下制备高性能聚羧酸减水剂.正交实验结果表明,其最佳合成工艺为:n(AA)∶n (HPEG) =1.67,n (H2O2)∶n (TGA)=10∶3,n(H2O2)∶n (TA) =4,反应温度为20~30℃,反应时间为5h;合成减水剂的掺量为0.33%时,水泥净浆初始流动度达227 mm,且1h内基本无损失.
Using modified polyether macromer(HPEG),acrylic acid (AA) as the raw materials,thioglycolic acid (TGA) as the chain transfer agent,we can compose them in one step to polycarboxylate superplasticizer in hydrogen peroxide(H2O2)-tartaric acid(TA) system at normal temperature.The orthogonal experimental results indicate that the optimum technology of synthesis are shown as follows∶ n (AA) ∶n (HPEG) =1.67,n (H2O2) ∶n (TGA) =10∶3,n (H2O2) ∶n (TA) =4,the reaction temperature is 20~30 ℃,the reaction time is 5 h.When the volume of superplasticizer is 0.33%,the initial fluidity of cement paste can get to 227 mm,and no loss in one hour.
