摘要
目的:了解新疆乡镇卫生院管理干部对管理培训的需求情况,探讨提升少数民族地区基层卫生管理干部综合素质与管理水平的培训方式。方法:自编调查问卷,调查新疆三地区乡镇卫生院管理干部共计865人,其中和田地区319人,昌吉地区439人,哈密地区107人。结果:新疆三地区乡镇卫生管理干部平均年龄37.1岁,41.27%担任院领导职务,以汉族(43.70%)和维吾尔族(41.38%)为主,学历以大专及以下为主(87.28%),职称以中级及以下为主(90.06%),参加培训意愿强烈(90.98%),认为应将医院领导作为主要培训对象。影响培训的主要因素有培训内容的针对性(22.13%),培训方式(20.51%),培训教师的水平(20.33%)和培训时间(18.92%)。结论:新疆三地区乡镇卫生管理干部存在学历和职称偏低、管理经验不足,管理培训不能满足需要等问题,必须依靠科学系统及有针对性的管理培训提高现有管理队伍的管理水平和能力,加强少数民族卫生管理干部培训。
Objective The study discussed the training method which could explore comprehensive quality and management level of health managers at grassroots level in ethnic minority areas through the survey on status for training among primary health managers in Xinjiang. Methods Using self-made questionnaire investigated 865 health managers who came from Changji ,Hotan and Hami status. Results the average age of the contingent of primary health management personnel in townships hospital was a 37.1 years old ,41.27% of them was leadership staff,the han was 43.70% and the uighurs was 41.38% ,the percentage of College de- gree and the following was 87.28% ,the percentage of Intermediate title and below was 90.06% ,90.98% of them wanted to par- ticipate training , the hospital leaders was the main training object. The main factors influencing the training was training content (22.13% ), training methods (20.51% ), the level of training teachers (20.33%), and training time ( 18.92% ). Conclusions In three status, there were some problems existed : low degree and title,lack of management experience, management training couldn't meet the demand. They must improve management level and ability of the existing management team by scientific systematic and targeted management training.Strengthen the training of the health managers of minority nationalities.
