摘要 目的:借鉴国外全科医学教育经验,探索研究适应我国国情的全科医学教育方式。方法:应用比较教育学方法,以美、澳、法、英四国为例,对全科医学的本科教育、规范化培训、继续教育模式进行比较分析。结果:四国重视全科医学教育,培养方式、注册执业、继续教育发展较为成熟;结论:强化学科建设,增设"以人为本"的人文素质教育,紧抓师资队伍建设,打造专业的全科医学社区培训机构,保证继续教育持续开展。 Objective To explore the feasible general medical education mode in China by learning from foreign experience. Methods The status of undergraduate education, standardized training and continuing education model of general medicine in United States, Australia, France and Britain was analyzed with comparative education. Results General medical education is valued in these four countries, in which the training mode, registration and continuing education were developed. Conclusion It is suggested to strengthen discipline construction, develop people-oriented humanistic education, improve teaching staff construction, construct pro- fessional community training institution of general medicine,which is aimed to ensure the sustainable continuing education.
