摘要 以牡丹籽为原料,采用水酶法提取牡丹籽油。通过单因素试验,研究酶解温度、酶解时间、酶添加量、液料比对牡丹籽油提取率的影响,在此基础上,采用二次正交旋转组合试验对提取工艺条件进行优化。结果表明,各因素对牡丹籽油提取率的影响强弱顺序依次为酶解温度、液料比、酶添加量、酶解时间,水酶法提取牡丹籽油的最优工艺条件为:酶解温度52℃、液料比3∶1、酶添加量3.6%(以牡丹籽质量计)、酶解时间4 h,在此条件下牡丹籽油提取率可达92.8%。 The oil was extracted from peony seed by aqueous enzymatic method. The effects of enzymolysis temperature, enzymolysis time, enzyme dosage, liquid - solid ratio on the yield of peony seed oil were stud- ied by single factor experiment, on this basis, the aqueous enzymatic extraction conditions of peony seed oil were optimized by quadratic regression orthogonal design. The results showed that enzymolysis tempera- ture had the greatest effect on the yield of peony seed oil, followed by liquid - solid ratio, enzyme dosage and enzymolysis time; the optimal aqueous enzymatic extraction conditions of peony seed oil were ob- tained as follows : enzymolysis temperature 52 ℃ ,liquid -solid ratio 3: 1, enzyme dosage 3.6% (based on the mass of peony seed) and enzymolysis time 4 h. Under these conditions, the yield of peony seed oil reached 92.8%.
