摘要
对于小批量生产的多芯接头线缆,为了保证焊接质量,需要对线缆进行逐芯检测,采用人工方式检测的效率低下,因此研制了一种多芯线缆自动测试仪,实现多芯线缆的自动检测。仪器以C8051F020单片机为核心,利用CD4067的多切换器实现线缆的切换检测,并实现了按键输入线芯数目和数码管显示的功能。经实验验证,该仪器具有方便易用,效率高等特点。
To ensure welding quality of more cores cable for small batch production, the cables need to be detected core one by one. The detection results is in a low efficiency by manual way, thus the multi-core cable automatic testing instrument was produced to implement automatic testing. The instrument took single chip microcomputer C8051F020 as the core, used the CD4067 switcher, realized the switch of cable, implementing the keyboard input and led display. The instrument is easy-used and high efficiency by experimental verification.
