新型智能型曲轴臂距差测量仪的研制

摘要 为了克服机械式拐档表和有线数显式臂距差测量仪的缺陷,文中设计了一种新型臂距差测量仪。以常用AT89C52单片机作为核心控制芯片,选用无线模块nRF24L01、12位并行A/D转换器AD574A、自行设计的霍尔式微位移传感器和角度采集模块,设计了一种新型智能曲轴臂距差测量仪系统。测量仪系统分为两部分:微位移采集端和信号分析处理端。选取常用低成本元器件设计出了工作性能稳定、性价比高的无线曲轴臂距差测量仪,测量精度为0.005 mm. In order to overcome the defects of mechanical crankshaft deflection indicator and wired digital display crankshaft deflection indicator,a new measuring crankshaft system was designed. This paper took the AT89C52 microcontroller as the core control chip, and chose wireless module nRF24L01,12-bit parallel A/D converter AD574A, micro-displacement sensor hall by myself and the Hall angle acquisition module to design a new intelligent crankshaft deflection indicator for marine diesel engine. The measuring system was divided into two parts, one part was the data capture terminal, and the other was signal analysis and processing port. Common and low cost components were selected in the wireless crankshaft deflection measuring instrument, which performed stably and had high cost-effective. The measurement accuracy is 0.005 mm.
