摘要
针对车灯灯罩的焊接工艺提出了一种降低车灯残余应力的方法,研究了车灯灯罩焊接过程中残余应力的控制手段,即使用退火热处理技术减小热板焊接产生的残余应力。以某车灯为例,使用载荷测量法测量退火前后的残余应力,验证退火的效果。结果表明,此方法对减小残余应力,提高产品质量具有重要意义。
This paper introduced a method to reduce the residual stress, mainly introduced controlling method of the residual stress in welding process for automotive lamp. The method was using the annealing technique to reduce residual stress which generated in the hot plate welding process. Taking an automotive lamp as example the residual stresses before and after annealing were measured by using the loading measurement method to verify the effect of annealing process. The result showed that this method had a great significance to reduce the residual stress and improve the product quality.
