磁共振磁敏感加权成像对脑梗死患者微出血的诊断价值 被引量:22

Significance of SWI for Cerebral Microbleeds Diagnosis in Patients with Cerebral Infarction

摘要 对200例经临床确诊的脑血管疾病患者均行磁共振头部常规T1WI、T2WI、T2WIFLAIR、DWI及磁敏感加权成像(SWI)序列扫描。比较常规序列及SWI序列显示的脑微出血(CMB)数目、敏感性。结果显示,41例患者有CMB,其中T1WI序列检出CMB病灶17个,检出敏感性为7.3%;T2WI序列检出CMB病灶34个,检出敏感性为14.5%;T2WI FLAIR序列检出CMB病灶59个,检出敏感性为25.2%;DWI检出CMB病灶145个,病灶检出敏感性为62.0%;SWI序列检出CMB病灶234个,检出敏感性为100%。SWI序列与T1WI、T2 WI、T2FLAIR、DWI序列CMB检出敏感性比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。因此认为SWI序列是目前显示CMB最好的影像手段,对CMB的检出敏感性明显高于常规序列,对脑血管疾病患者的治疗及预后判定具有较为重要的临床应用价值。
