摘要
装设锅炉暖风器有效的避免了空气预热器冷端低温腐蚀,但除极寒地区外,暖风器作为阻力件长期闲置在风道,无谓增大送风机电耗。旋转式暖风器可以克服这种弊端,将暖风器旋转一定角度,过程中不需要停运送、引风机,同时提出方案解决在运行实践中也出现的泄露、堵塞、结冰等问题。针对某厂300 MW机组提出暖风器改造方案,并进行可行性分析,结果表明停运期间暖风器阻力显著下降,有效降低一二次风机电耗,经济效益明显。
It effectively avoids the low temperature corrosion in the cold - end of air preheater to install the boiler steam - air heater. But in addition to the extremely cold area, steam - air heater idles for a long time in air duct, that increases the fan consumption. Rotating steam - air heater can overcome these drawbacks. When the steam -air heater is rotating, it doesnt need to shut down the forced draft fan and induced draft fan. At the same time, it puts forward solutions to solve the problem such as leakage, blocking and icing. In view of the 300MW unit, it puts forward retrofit scheme and a feasibility analysis for steam -air heater. The results show that steam -air heater resistance significantly reduces, the fan power consumption effectively reduces, and economic benefit is obvious during the shutdown time.
