补连塔煤矿12405采空区煤层自燃火灾的综合治理技术研究 被引量:5

摘要 针对12406综采工作面回采期间临近12405采面采空区内煤自燃发火的情况,制订了预防与治理并举的综合治理措施。在精确探测火源确定发火范围后采取了种综合治理技术(措施主要包括12406工作面及与12405联络巷密闭处的监测监控;加强堵漏并加固密闭以及在12406综采工作面采取均压措施防范火区有害气体流入;地面钻孔注浆、采空区注氮防灭火等技术手段),并经钻孔气体分析和同位素测氡法复查,12405采面采空区自燃火灾基本熄灭,保证了12406工作面的正常生产。 Since spontaneous combustion occurred around No.12405 mined-out area in the caving of No. 12406 fully-mechanized mining face, prevention and control measures were formulated. After precisely locating the fire source and range, a set of comprehensive fire control technology was adopted, including monitoring the airtight place between No.12406 connecting roadway and No.12405 working face, strengthening plugging and reinforcing airtight, balancing pressure to prevent fire zone from noxious gas, ground drilling grouting, and nitrogen injection to prevent fire in the mined-out areas. Review by drilling gas analysis and isotopic radon measuring method showed the fire was put out in the No.12405 mined-out area and the normal production of No.12406 working face was ensured.
