长寿命沥青路面沥青层材料容许拉应变预估

A Study of Material Allowable Tensile Strain Prediction of Asphalt Layer of Long-life Asphalt Pavement

摘要 通过对沥青混合料疲劳寿命预测模型的分析,建立沥青层混合料容许拉应变与疲劳寿命的关系,给出材料拉应变容许值预估公式。对常用沥青混合料的拉应变容许值进行预估,分析结果表明,交通等级和路面厚度相同的条件下,沥青混合料有效含量高、空隙率小、级配偏细时的拉应变容许值相对较大;反之较小。研究结果为长寿命沥青路面设计提供了计算参数。 Based on the analysis of asphalt mixture fatigue life prediction model, the relationship between asphalt mixture allowable tensile strain and fatigue life is developed, and the prediction formula of material tensile strain allowable value is given aswell. The common asphalt mixture of tensile strain allowable value is predicted. Analysis results show that the tensile strain allowable values of asphalt mixtures are relatively large when the mixtures have higher effective content, lesser void volume and better fine grading, vice versa. Analysis results will provide calculation parameters for long-life asphalt pavement design.
