摘要
针对实体工程中桥面沥青混合料铺装层存在的压实问题,通过分析振动压实技术和振荡压实技术的特性,采用对比试验的方法研究了振动压路机和振荡压路机在压实过程中对桥梁结构的影响,以及振动压实和振荡压实的效率和压实过程稳定性,提出了基于振荡压实的桥面沥青混合料铺装施工工艺。
In view of the compaction problems for bridge deck asphalt mixture surface in actual projects,properties of vibration compaction technology and oscillatory compaction technology are analyzed,and by comparison and tests,impact on bridge structures by vibrating road roller and oscillatory roller in the compaction process are studied,efficiency and stability of vibration compaction and oscillatory compaction are analyzed,paving technologies for bridge deck asphalt mixture surface on the basis of oscillatory compaction are proposed.
