重视妊娠合并甲状腺疾病 被引量：15

摘要 妊娠合并甲状腺疾病，包括甲状腺功能减退症（甲减）、甲状腺机能亢进症（甲亢）、产后甲状腺炎、妊娠合并甲状腺结节和甲状腺癌等。随着甲状腺功能筛查技术的逐步推广，这类疾病的发病率越来越高。国际上，近几年这类疾病的诊断和治疗进展颇多，逐渐形成了妊娠合并甲状腺疾病诊治的临床规范“’。然而，相对比较起来，国内对妊娠合并甲状腺疾病的认识和处理尚有待提高。2012年，
