摘要
现场无损金相检验技术在特种设备用材冶金质量评价、事故原因分析、长期服役特种设备材质劣化检测中发挥着越来越重要的作用。通过特种设备现场快速无损制样、常见材质及特殊组织显现浸蚀剂及浸蚀参数实践研究,结合典型组织及失效组织评定,实现特种设备常用钢材现场高效无损金相检验。
Non-destructive Metallographic testing technology plays an important role onmetallurgical quality evaluation, accident cause analysis and material degradation testing of special equipmentmaterials. Nondestructive sample preparation on spot, etchant and etching parameters of the commonly used steel,determination of failure microstructure is studied in this article to make test more efficient.
