摘要 为探索大型船队整体规划实用技术的发展方向,明确设计船舶运力配置优化方法的目标及拟解决关键技术,系统归纳了船队规划理论研究方法,并结合典型实际案例,对比分析已提出优化技术的特征、适用范围及应用效果等。通过分析得出,实践领域尚缺乏可以指导制定多航线、多船型大型船队整体规划的科学决策方法,建议结合不同运输组织方式的应用特征,综合运用运输经济、组织优化及决策科学等多学科前沿理论与方法开发科学高效、实用性强的通用求解方法。最后,结合近10年航运领域的变化趋势,分析客观实践需求,提出开发大型船队整体规划实用技术的研究目标。 In order to advance the optimization technology for ship investment and vehicle allocation in maritime transportation in-dustry,a theoretical analysis of fleet planning was conducted.The applicability and performance of existing methodology were an-alyzed along with a typical case study.The result shows that there appears to have demeaning needs in practices to exploit the sci-entific decision approaches for planning a large scale fleet having multiple ships and running on multiple routes.And general solu-tion approaches should be proposed considering transportation economics,organization optimization and decision technology,ac-cording to characteristics of different operation modes.Finally,objective demands are analyzed associated with new trends in shipping industry and key technological issues of practical optimization approaches for fleet planning are proposed.
