摘要
中国的酿酒历史悠久,也是酒文化的发源地。从我国古代就已经开始用酒进行防病、治病。随着现代医学的不断发展,运用现代研究理论和方法证明了适当饮酒对一些疾病的预防作用。保健酒的出现,是酒与中医的完美结合,也将酒的药用价值提高到了新的层次。
China has a long liquor-making history and is the birthplace of liquor culture. From ancient times, Chinese began to use liquor for dis- ease prevention and disease treatment. Modem medicine also proved that moderate drinking prevents some diseases. The development of health- care wine is the perfect combination of liquor and traditional Chinese medicine, which has enhanced the medicinal values of liquor.
