摘要
本文以某电厂冷却塔节能改造为例,论述了合同能源管理在火电厂节能改造中的实施过程。通过项目可行性研究,预计该项目年节约标煤2 177.3 t以上,项目实施后对其效果进行了节能评估验证,证明年节约标煤2 488.3 t,达到预期的节省煤耗的目标,最后对合同能源管理的潜在风险进行了分析。
Taking the energy saving transformation of one thermal power plant cooling tower for example, the paper provides a brief introduction of ( Energy Performance Contracting, EPC ) practice. The evaluation indicates that at least 2 177.3 tons standard coal can be saved every year. After testing and energy saving evaluation, the projection saves 2 488.3 tons standard coal every year. Energy saving transformation achieved the goal of coal consumption. At last, the paper points out the risk of EPC.
