摘要
目的探讨胃肠道间质瘤的多排螺旋CT诊断价值。方法选取常州市肿瘤医院就诊的疑似胃肠道间质瘤患者30例进行多排螺旋CT诊断,并与病理结果相比较。结果经多排螺旋CT检测,胃肠道间质肿瘤中良性18例、潜在恶性4例、恶性8例;强化均匀21例、强化非均匀9例。结论多排螺旋CT对于胃肠道间质瘤的检出率高,且判断良、恶性较准确,具有重要的临床价值。
Objective to study the multiple row spiral CT in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal stromal tumor. Methods select in Changzhou tumor hospital of 30 cases of suspected patients with gastrointestinal stromal tumor with multiple row helical CT diagnosis. Results many row helical CT examination, gastrointestinal stromal tumor benign 18 cases, 4 cases were malignant potential in 8 cases, malignant; Improved uniform 21 cases, improved non-uniform 9 cases. Multi-slice spiral CT and pathologic findings of poor results no statistical significance（P＆gt;0.05）compared. Conclusion multiple row helical CT for gastrointestinal stromal tumor detection rate is high, and benign and malignant judgment accurately, has important clinical value.
