摘要
液态金属磁流体(Liquid Metal Magnetohydrodynamic,LMMHD)发电机是磁流体波浪能直接发电系统的一个关键部件。液态金属发电工质与固体电极间的电接触性能,直接影响LMMHD发电机的输出特性和发电效率。文中首先分析了LMMHD发电机的接触电阻及其影响因素,提出了一种固液金属界面接触电阻的测量方法,并实验研究了液态镓合金和固体紫铜电极间的静态接触电阻。
A Liquid Metal Magnetohydrodynamic( LMMHD)generator is a key component of the MHD wave energy direct generating system. The electrical-contact performance between the liquid metal and solid electrodes directly af-fects the output characteristics and power efficiency of the LMMHD generator. This paper analyzed the contact resist-ance of the LMMHD generator and its affecting factors first. Then a new measurement method of the contact resistance on the solid-liquid metal interface was put forward and experiments were conducted to study the static contact resist-ance between the liquid gallium alloy and the solid copper electrodes.
