Effect of Different Trentments on the Seed Germination of Malus hupehensis

摘要 为提高海棠种子发芽率,以湖北海棠(Malus hupehensis)种子为研究对象,探讨了不同浓度GA3、磁场强度、温度及低温层积处理对湖北海棠种子萌发的影响。结果表明:(1)0.1%和0.05%浓度的GA3处理,播种后20d,湖北海常种子发芽率显著高于对照(P〈0.05),但各处理间差异不显著(P〉0.05),播种后30~40d,经0.1%GA3处理的种子发芽率显著高于0.05%GA3和对照组(P〈0.05),最高可达82.0%;(2)与对照组相比,磁场处理显著提高种子发芽率(P〈0.05),播种后20d,5 000GS处理的种子发芽率显著高于2 000GS和对照组(P〈0.05),最高可达92.5%,播种后30~40d,不同磁场强度处理的种子发芽率显著高于对照组(P〈0.05),最高达82.0%,但各处理间差异不显著(P〉0.05);(3)20℃和40℃温水浸泡24h处理后20~40d,种子发芽率显著高于对照组(P〈0.05),增幅最高达86.2%;(4)低温层积处理后30~60d,其发芽率显著高于对照组(P〈0.05),最高达41.7%。 In order to improve the seed germination rate of Malus hupehensis,taking Malus hupehensis seeds as materials,the effect of different GA3,different magnetic intensity,different warm water and cold stratification treatment on seeds germination of Malus hupehensis was studied.The results showed that(1)Germination of Malus hupehensis treatment with 0.1% and 0.05% GA3 was significant higher than control at 0.05 level,but there was no difference between each treatments.After seeding for 30~40days,the germination of seeds treatment with 0.1% GA3 was significantly higher than 0.05% GA3 and control at 0.05 level,the highest rate reached 82.0%.(2)Compared with the control,the germination of Malus hupehensis seeds was significantly improved by magnetic treatments at 0.05 level.After seeding for 20 days,the germination treatment with 5 000 GS was higher than 2 000 GS treatment at 0.05 level,the highest rate reached 92.5%.After seeding for 30~40days,the germination with different magnetic treatments was significantly higher than control at 0.05 level,the highest rate reached 82%,but there wasn't significantly difference between 5 000 GS and 2000 GS magnetic treatments.(3)After 20~40days,the germination of treatment with 24 hours soaked by 20℃and 40℃warm water was significantly higher than control,and the highest rate reached 86.2%.(4)After 30~ 60 days,the germination of cold stratification treatment was significantly higher than control,and the highest rate reached 41.7%.
