摘要
用Fluent对多级离心风机的某一级进行数值模拟计算,由伯努利方程发现,叶轮是压力损失最大的零部件,因此重点研究了叶轮叶片进口安放角、出口安放角、叶片数量3个变量对效率的影响。进一步应用响应面模型优化方法,用二次回归得到了效率关于3个变量的函数关系式,计算出的函数最大值与数值模拟方法误差为0.16%,且比原风机的效率提高了5.9%,为风机的改进设计提供了参考依据。
With fluent numerical simulation for one stage of multistage centrifugal fan,it w as found that impeller w as the part w hich lost most of the pressure from Bernoulli's equation,thus mainly discuss efficiency about three variables including inlet-placed angle,outlet-placed angle,quantity of blade. Furtherly use optimization design of response surface model,get a function of efficiency about three variables w ith quadratic regression method,the maximum value made from function have just 0. 6 percent deviation compare to numerical simulation,and the result improved 5. 9 percent than original efficiency,provide improved design of multistage centrifugal fan w ith practical reference value.
