摘要
通过分析药品零差率销售实施后医院职工的思想状况及其产生的原因,结合医院实践经验,提出有针对性的对策:加强宣传,推进内部教育;建立长效考核机制,健全医改激励机制;完善补偿机制,明确政府责任。
This paper analyzes the ideological status of hospital staff and their causes after the implementation of zero profit drug sales and puts forward countermeasures combined with the hospital management experience,which include strengthening publicity and internal education,establishing long- term examination mechanism,the health-reform stimulus mechanism and compensatory mechanism,and defining governmental responsibilities.
