摘要
不能较好地符合车辆行驶特征的道路线形指标设计是造成交通事故的主要原因之一.由此,在参考国内外研究的基础上,结合我国交通部现行的公路项目安全性评价指南和设计速度为80km/h的公路典型路段的划分方法,对车辆在实际运行环境中的运行速度进行了修正,重新提出了典型路段下运行速度的预测模型,并总结了基于运行速度的公路线形协调性和连续性评价标准.最后,根据鹤大高速杏复段的线形设计数据,对K39到K49路段进行了运行速度的预测及修正,对该路段典型路段的线形协调性予以评价,找出线形协调性不良路段,提出安全性调整方案.
With the increasing of our country highway mileage,the accident rate increases,the road alignment index design that doesn′t fit the characteristics of the vehicle driving is one of the main causes of traffic accidents.On the combination of China's Ministry of Transportation highway projects existing safety evaluation guidelines and the deviding method for higway sections base on the speed of 80km/h,the vehicle′s running speed in the actual operating environment was amended and the re-forecasting model was proposed under typical operating speed sections,the evaluation criteria of the cardination and continuity of road alignment based on running speed was summarited.Finally,based on the lincar data of Heda apricot criffs,we predicted and corrected the running speed at the sections between K39 and K49,evaluated its linear coordination,identified roads in poor coordination and proposed security adustment programs.
