摘要
研究了广西45个喜树单株的喜树碱含量.结果表明,不同单株的喜树碱含量有极显著差异,综合考虑不同单株的喜树碱含量、单株之间含量差异显著性和梯度关系,筛选出德保1、西林3、金秀1、兴安1、德保2等5个优良单株,其喜树碱含量分别是45个单株平均值的199.9%、167.8%和166.1%、145.0%和144.4%.此外,海拔、土质和分布区域均影响喜树碱的含量,分布在500~1000m的单株喜树碱含量较分布在<500m和>1000 m的单株高,生长在石山上的单株喜树碱含量高于生长在土山上的单株,分布在西部的单株喜树碱含量高于中东部的单株.
According to the research of 45 Camptotheca acuminata individuals in Guangxi, there are significant differences in their camptothecin content. And considering the significantly different content and gradient among these individuals, Debaol, Xilin3, Jinxiul, Xinganl, Debao2 were picked out as the superior individuals whose camptothecin content are 199.9% ,167.8% ,166. 1% ,145.0% ,and 144.4% of the average value of the 45 individual plants respectively. Furthermore, altitude, soil and area distribution entirely have an effect on the camptothecin content. For example, the camptothecin content in the Camptotheaa acuminata individuals which grow in the altitude of 500 - 1000 meters is respectively higher than those live under the altitude of 500 meters, or higher than 1 000 meters; the camptothecin content in tor is higher than in earthy soil, and the content in west is also higher than the east.
