板栗苞壳栽培杏鲍菇的试验 被引量:5

摘要 以板栗苞壳为主要碳源物质,以稻草、杂树叶、板栗叶和桑枝屑等为辅助碳源物质,以米糠为氮源物质,设置10个处理进行杏鲍菇栽培试验。从菌丝生长状况、生长周期、子实体性状特征、生物学效率和菇的商品性状等方面进行对比分析,结果表明:利用板栗苞壳与板栗叶栽培杏鲍菇是可行的,单独以板栗苞壳为碳源物质或者在板栗苞壳中添加适量的稻草、杂树叶、板栗叶和桑枝屑等物质,均可获得较好的栽培效果。 Ten treatments were designed in the cultivation experiment of Pleurotus eryngii, chestnut ( Castanea mollissima) Blume shell as main carbon source, straw,mixed leaves, chestnut leaves and mulberry stalk chip as the assisted carbon source, and rice bran as the nitrogen source. The relative data of hypha growth, the growth cycle, the fruiting body characters, the biological transformation rate and the commercial characters in this experiment were analyzed comparatively. The results showed that it is feasible for Pleurotus eryngii cultivation with chestnut leaves and shells. The effect of Pleurotus eryngii cultivation with either chestnut shell as sole carbon source or mix with appropriate amount of straw, mixed leaves, chestnut leaves and mulberry stalk chip is favorable.
