摘要
介绍了气体辅助注射成型技术的原理和应用,分析了手柄的结构,列举了生产过程中出现的多种缺陷,通过气针、溢料槽、浇口的合理设置及工艺参数等的不断优化得以解决,对提高塑件外观质量、使用性能及降本节能方面有重要的作用。
The principle and application of gas-assisted injection moulding technology was presented. Then the structure of a handle was analyzed. A variety of defects appeared in the handle’s production process were listed and then resolved through reasonable setting of gas needle, flash groove and gate and optimization of process parameters.
