摘要
基于新型城镇化内涵,构建小城镇发展质量评价指标体系,利用熵值法和GIS空间分析研究徐州小城镇发展质量的水平与格局.结果表明:徐州小城镇发展整体质量水平较高;具有鲜明的核心外围式和沿主要交通带分布的格局特征;在整体和局部上有正向空间关联特征,但大部分乡镇表现为无显著性空间相关性,城郊地带的小城镇发展相对缓慢,县城对周边乡镇的辐射带动弱,县城边缘成为小城镇发展质量低谷地带.
Based on the basic connotation of new urbanization,the evaluation index system of small towns develop-ment quality is constructed,and the level and pattern of that is analyzed by using entropy method and GIS spatial a-nalysis.The results show that the small towns development quality in Xuzhou is higher,and core-periphery struc-ture and traffic axis belts distribution are the patterns of that.On the whole,there are global and local spatial auto-correlation,but at the same time,most small towns have no local spatial autocorrelation,small towns in suburban develop slowly,county towns produce low radiation effects and the level of small towns in the edge is the lowest.
