摘要
根据铋磷钼蓝分光光度法测定铁矿石中磷含量检验方法规定的测量程序,建立了测量过程的数学模型,对检测过程中各分量产生不确定度的各种因素进行了评估,对一个铁矿石试样中磷量的测量结果进行了不确定度评定,比较了他们不确定度的大小,当磷平均含量为0.0543%时,求得其置信区间为[0.0533,0.0553](k=2)。
According to the test method provided by the measurement procedures of the phosphorus content in the iron ore, the mathematical model was established, and the bismuse-phosphomolybdenum blue photometric method for the determination of the phosphorus content in the iron ore uncertainty for a variety of factors were assessed.The measurement uncertainty of phosphorus content in one of the iron ore samples was assessed. When the average concentration of phosphorus in iron ore sample was 0.0543%, the confidence interval was [0.0533, 0.0553](k=2).
