摘要
采用红外热像仪对断面?650 mm的GCr15Si Mn和S355NL圆坯的表面温度分别进行了测试,研究了铸坯表面温度的分布情况。针对GCr15Si Mn钢和S355NL钢的表面温度测试结果提出了相应的改善措施,对工艺参数优化具有指导意义。
Surface temperatures of GCr15SiMn and S355NL blanks of φ650 mm section have been tested by infra-red thermal imager respectively.Regarding to test result of GCr15Mn steel and S355NL steel surface temperatures, rel-evant improvement measures have been put forward, which provided guidance for technical parameter optimization.
