摘要
针对我国大量高等级公路进入大修期的情况,结合金宜一级公路对就地热再生进行了研究。通过回收沥青路面材料(RAP)分析确定了集料级配变化和沥青的老化程度;通过三大指标试验,确定了再生剂用量范围;并对再生前后沥青混合料通过马歇尔、浸水马歇尔及车辙试验进行技术指标对比验证。试验结果表明,本路段可以进行就地热再生,再生后的沥青混合料各项技术指标满足现行规范要求。
In the presence of a large number of high-grade highway in our country into the overhaul period, combined with Jin Yi level road of geothermal regeneration were studied.By recycling asphalt pavement(RAP) material analysis to determine the changes on aggregate gradation and asphalt aging degree;Through three index test, determine the regenerant dosage scope;And the before and after the regeneration asphalt mixture Marshall, Marshall immersion rutting test and technical indicators compared validation.Test results show that the road to geothermal renewable, recycled asphalt mixture after the technical indicators meet the requirements of the current specification.
