摘要 目的比较Q开关Nd:YAG 1064 nm激光联合茶多酚与单纯Q开关Nd:YAG 1064 nm激光治疗黄褐斑的临床效果。方法选取2010年2月~2012年10月来本院就诊的67例女性黄褐斑患者,按随机数字表分为观察组(34例)和对照组(33例)。所有患者均采用Q开关1064 nm Nd:YAG激光治疗仪进行治疗,观察组在此基础上同时口服茶多酚胶囊。比较两组的临床疗效、不良反应及复发率。结果观察组治愈率为35.29%,高于对照组的21.21%,观察组总有效率为97.06%,高于对照组的78.79%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。对照组有3例患者激光治疗后出现轻度变态反应,12例治疗中出现风团及红色丘疹,对症处理后消失;观察组口服茶多酚无明显副反应出现。1年后观察组复发率为17.80%,对照组复发率为62.57%。结论单纯采用Q开关1064 nm Nd:YAG激光治疗黄褐斑只能暂时消除皮损的色素,加用茶多酚后,有效解决了黄褐斑的病因问题,提高了黄褐斑的治疗总有效率,降低了复发率。 Objective To compare the clinical effect of Q-switched Nd:YAG 1064 nm laser combined with polyphenols and simple Q-switched Nd:YAG 1064 nm laser in treatment of chloasma. Methods 67 female patients with chloasma in our hospital from February 2010 to October 2012 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(34cases) and control group(33 cases) according to the random number table.All patients were treated with Q-switched1064 nm Nd:YAG laser,polyphenols capsule was added to the observation group.The clinical efficacy,adverse reactions,relapse rate between the two groups was analyzed. Results The cure rate and total effective rate of the observation group was 35.29% and 97.06%,the control group was 21.21% and 78.79%,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was significant(P〈0.05).There were 3 patients with mild allergic reactions,12 cases with red papules appear and disappear after symptomatic treatment in the control group after laser treatment.Observation group had no obvious side effects appear after oral polyphenols.The recurrence rate of observation group after one year was 17.80%,the control group was 62.57%. Conclusion Simple Q-switch 1064 nm Nd:YAG laser in treatment of chloasma can only temporarily remove pigmented skin lesions,and after the addition of the polyphenols,effectively solve the cause of chloasma,increase the efficiency,reduce the recurrence rate.
